About the project
As part of my Deakin University Master of Education, my phenomenological research project sought to understand and explore the feedback literacies of higher education teaching staff and how the use of technology was being deployed productively to enhance feedback practices. My research revealed feedback literacies of ten higher education teaching staff from institutions in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, South Korea, Oman, United Kingdom, and United States, many whom have been recognised for championing effective, student-centered teaching practices.
The research was guided by the following question: What forms of feedback literacies are necessary to enhance technology-mediated feedback practices?
This study received Deakin University ethics approval, reference number HAE-21-031.
